Gabriella Sacchi è nata a Milano nel 1951. Dopo aver frequentato il Liceo artistico di Brera, si è laureata in Architettura presso il Politecnico di Milano.
Negli anni Ottanta e Novanta è stata insegnante di educazione artistica e collaboratrice editoriale. Negli stessi anni ha realizzato un libro di educazione artistica con Bruno Munari.
Oggi, nel Laboratorio e nello Spazio Nibe fondati rispettivamente nel 1981 e nel 2002, si dedica al lavoro artistico e svolge attività culturali di ricerca e di promozione nel campo della ceramica.

Gabriella Sacchi was born in Milan in 1951. She attended the Brera Artistic High School. She then earned a degree in architecture at The Politecnico of Milano.
In the 80’s and 90’s she worked as an art teacher and as an editorial consultant to publishers. During the same years she created a book for art education with Bruno Munari.
She founded the Laboratorio Nibe in 1981 and the Spazio Nibe in 2002. Today she attends to her artistic work and promotes research and developmental activities in the field of ceramics.
